3. Responsibilities

Provide accurate project information, timely approvals, site access, and necessary permits/clearances.
Our side
Deliver agreed services with reasonable skill and care, align to codes/standards, and communicate progress.
4. Payments
Payment schedules, milestones, and taxes are defined in the project agreement. Late payments may pause work until dues are cleared.
5. Liability

- warning Our total liability under an agreement is capped to the fees paid for that engagement unless laws require otherwise.

6. IP & Content
Designs, drawings, and deliverables remain our intellectual property until full payment; after that, usage rights follow the project contract. Do not reuse our site content without permission.

8. Disputes & Governing Law
Any disputes will first be addressed amicably. If unresolved, local courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
